Sencha Green with Black Currant Ice Cubes
I’ve developed a technique for serving iced tea that involves flavoring with ice cubes. As you drink, the colors and flavors of the ice cubes slowly mingle with your base tea, changing the flavor profile over time.
In the following article, I review the process of making the tea, as well as some recipes to start you off.
