The long search for the perfect baseball cap is over, the Kuhl Uberkuhl baseball cap meets the following criteria.
1. Fast Drying, Durable Fabric.
The fabric is a 75% cotton/25% nylon blend. The stitching is attractive, with contrasting thread.
2. No Button on Top
I’ve hit the top of my head so many times. Typically, there is a button on top of baseball caps. Hitting the button concentrates all the force on one small, very painful spot. No button really does make a difference, if you find yourself crawling through small spaces, or otherwise hitting your head regularly…
3. Not a Walking Banner
Just because I bought a product doesn’t mean I want to be a walking banner. The Uberkuhl cap does have a logo on it, but it is very small and to the side. It’s a little framed in mountain—no words. I actually like it…
4. Easily Adjustable
The adjustable strap looks durable, though the rope loop at the end of the strap tends to dangle. Another loop would be nice to keep the loose strap end tight with the strap.
5. Nice Colors
The Uberkuhl cap is available in brown, gunmetal, and khaki. I like the earthen tones. I chose khaki to reflect sunlight, though it is a little darker than I am used to.
