For two weeks now I have swapped out my computer chair for an exercise ball and have been very satisfied with the results. I wrote an article about my experience with photos of ball exercises I do to break up a day of sitting.
The inspiration came after reading an alarming article on NPR entitled: Sitting All Day: Worse For You Than You Might Think, I realized that in spite of 30 minute daily exercises, I was still not doing enough for my health.
To address this problem, I now sit on a ball and break up my day with more exercises. I will outline other routines in further articles.

To address these questions, I will publish a series of articles about the mechanics of writing, the book editing process, the publishing process, and finally, the marketing of the final product.
Today, I will start at the very beginning—how to become a better writer. In this article, I outline five fundamental ideas on how to improve one’s writing. I’ve used these basic principles for over ten years now, and have been satisfied with the results.

It took a few years, but I finally found a baseball cap that meets five basic criteria: 1. Fast drying fabric. 2. No button on top. 3. Not a walking banner. 4. Easily adjustable. 5. Nice colors.
The Kuhl Uberkuhl baseball cap meets all these criteria. I wrote a review outlining the details.
